My fist visit ever. First impression of the structure appears to earn more like a 8-9 overall. After you sit down and take in your event, you realize that their hospitality and banquet management is a 1-2. Hospitality crew : if your guests are hosting a lecture in the Oak Room, be sure your staff doesn't run the vacuum and shout to one another in the service vestibule to that very same room . Since this room adjoins the lobby and main bar area, you might also look for large clusters of other guests whopping it up right outside the French doors to our room, where any reasonable person could glance in and see 60 people intently listening to a speaker who was being rudely drowned out by revelers only 3 feet away, separated only by single pane of glass. Maybe those partiers couldn't make their way into the bar proper, since the tables were in disarray - all crowded together, as if carpet cleaning had commenced en masse.
In a word - unimpressed.
