I was stay in this hotel for a two days conference...

I was stay in this hotel for a two days conference, which host in this hotel. the air condition is so loud, the bathroom door had awful sound whenever I try to close it. I complained the bathroom door issue to front desk, they promised to fix it. but never happened before I leave. I don't think I am the first customer had this issue since the sound from the bathroom door wasn't unnoticeable. I will try not to stay in this hotel in the future.
