My new washer leaked due to an incorrectly install...

My new washer leaked due to an incorrectly installed hose from the factory which caused a flood in my laundry room. LG Customer SERVICE WAS THE WORST; poor communication and they refused to accept responsibility for the damage even after the repair person admitted it was factory error.I had to jump through hoops providing information and photos, but still I had to pay for all repairs up front. At one point I emailed my contact and received a reply that he was out of the office for one month. I would not buy another LG because of their horrible customer service.
