That was a bad experience. The lady in the tourist office asked me, when asked about things to do on Svalbard, if I ve seen their website, and that I should just go there (in a sense: go to the website and don t bother me). She was dismissive and on a edge of being rude. If you want to know something about activities on Svalbard and want to talk to a person, go to a reception at your hotel. Don t visit the rude lady.
