Let me start by saying I've been driving for 17yrs and ShipEx is the company that a driver looks for his or her whole career for but may never find. It all starts with the Owner who surrounded himself with people who are the best at what they do and shares his vision on what a true trucking company should be and how to treat and respect their drivers and clients and then they see that its run throuhout the company from recruiting to security guards.
At Shipex everything is centered and focused around its drivers, i have never experienced anything like it and truly honored to work for The company and its Owner.
Just an example on how much they care my recruiter never gave up on me she kept after for 5 months to join the family where others would have gave up and moved on to another driver but not Monique she is by far the best recruiter i have talked with.
There is no lies everything told to you will be the truth. If you want to be treated with respect and you like to run and earn the awesome pay they have set up then ShipEx is the place to be.
