THEY ARE ROBBERS. They inform you in your welcome manual about the charges of MiniBar usage and InRoomDining usage but not about phone charges. So you might innocently start making local/STD calls to reduce you roaming bill if you are on short visit. Unfortunately contrary to this they charge you at rate BEYOND YOUR IMAGINATION Rs. 50 PER MINUTE for any local or STD call.

When I complained about it to the manager she said it has happened with another guest also and he paid Rs. 26K for phone calls only. This the way they increase their Hotel revenue. I would suggest Hotel management not to give shock to you guests, if you have such rates please make your customers informed or lose you market reputation and eventually business.
