I wanted to pay a cash deposit but the receptionist charged my card anyways, the gentleman helping her was bothered by my request to correct her mistake. There's no water in the room, no complimentary toothpaste, asked for extra towels they didn't bring them til 2nd request 2hrs later. It was a comp night but the worse stay ever.
