By far the WORST gym ever. Don't get me wrong there are plenty of pleasant people here, but I'm talking about the girls optional program that is absolutely awful. The coach, Sara, is horrible. She is an abusive, sick person who hides behind a fake laugh and a big ego. I have never been more sickened to watch a coach treat her athletes the way she does, and am appalled that it goes completely unnoticed. The kids are brainwashed and too afraid to stand up for themselves out of fear of being punished. She LOVES to punish her team whenever possible. She once told a girl that she (the gymnast) was lucky that she (Sara) had a certification saying she can't abuse kids or she would smack her (the gymnast) in the face. She has also done things purposely to humiliate an athlete in front of her peers, to the point that the athlete was in tears. She lacks the intelligence and confidence to hold a conversation with an adult. She will treat the athletes worse if someone (gymnast or adult) questions her actions and unethical behavior. She talks behind the backs of her current and former athletes, saying the most horrible things about them. It's surprising a person could even think of those things, actually. She lacks the temperament to work with kids, and she is very disrespectful. But you'll never see it when the owner is around. She does it primarily when not many people are in the gym. Many gymnasts have gotten hurt because of the outrageous, and just plain stupid crap she makes them do during practice. But most of all, she is a coward. One who works a job with kids so she can feel superior, because they can't fight back. They can't stand up for themselves and they learn to believe she is always right. That makes me more sick than anything. If she actually went out in the real world working with real adults, she would never survive. If there's one thing I can tell you, it is to never take your kids to this gym. I'm telling you this because NO ONE ELSE WILL, and I'm sick and tired of seeing it. This woman is sick deep down and deserves to be in jail. I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up there one day. Please save your kids from being abused by her!
