We were suppose to pick up a Nissan Sentra for our grandson today. We had completed/signed all the paperwork paid a $2000 deposit before hand, purchased insurance only to find out the sales Manager had made a $800-$900 mistake and therefore we could not pick up the car unless we now pay $800 -$900 more. How unprofessional, this would have been our 3rd car buying from Nissan Charleston - the second car just this year. Needless to say never again! Stay away; this business cannot be trusted.
