I bought a car from AutoFlex Leasing in October 2012 from Arch McKennon. Evidently I caught Arch in a slump. I was told by him as a lender requirement I had to have an extended warranty and that the state of Texas required GAP insurance which raised the price of the car by over $3000. I didn't think this was accurate but I needed a car right then and frankly I wasn't in a position to argue due to a bad divorce which left me with scarred credit. I have since learned neither were or are accurate requirements. I love the car I purchased and I believe overall AutoFlex does a great job. Arch took advantage of a situation which is my fault for not being better prepared. I signed the paperwork and asked for my copy which Arch said he would get to me but since it was Friday and I was in a hurry he would have the copies for me on Monday. Since I was working out of town I asked Arch to mail them to me along with my license plates. Got the plates but never the paperwork. After repeated calls to Arch with no returned calls, I gave uo. It is now 10 months later and still no paperwork. I appreciate AutoFlex leasing for working with me but shame on Arch for not being truthful. So I would recommend AutoFlex but not Arch because if you are in a tight spot it seems he will take advantage of you if your not prepared.
