Horrible experience on NYE. We arrived about 8 pm....
Horrible experience on NYE. We arrived about 8 pm. Our 5 children ordered soda. 3 of which came out without syrup. Then we were told nobody had time to change the soda. So we rolled with it. Next, we looked for refills after paying $3 a pop. Our server was gone. Another server stated we can't find your waitress....still no manager either. Then our food. My prime rib was well done. My daughter's shrimp dropped off the plate. The server was seen picking her nose. She picked the shrimp up and placed it back on the plate like nothing happened. The final straw. We didn't see a manager till after the fact. We were comped 50 percent. Now....u have a server whom picks her nose? Then, I followed up the next day with the GM. He was extremely rude. I guess they like buger picking servers and charging people for things they can't provide. Sadly, there were multiple tables empty. Don't go. Disgusting. Reporting to health inspector.
