I have already used the airline four times this year. Always check in with app or online page. Until then no problems. I flew from Berlin to Budapest on 20.5.19. Wanted to check in via App again and suddenly had many problems. I was constantly posting seats, additional luggage (although I only had a small backpack for 4 days) imposed. It was not possible to complete the process without these additional services, the button Check In was not there. At the check-in counter the flight attendant told me I have to pay for printing the boarding pass. I explained that the app did not work and that it was not possible to check in via the app and on the online page. She said that I'm not the only one with this problem and I could have the money paid back in Budapest at the Wizz Air counter. Wizz Air would be very accommodating, the mistake is in the system. Arrived in Budapest but I found no Wizz Air switch. An employee of the information led me to a counter, the lady there said that I should clarify the phone with Wizz Air. She gave me a phone number and I went frantic on my getaway. On the return flight the same problem. I was able to check in after several attempts and deselecting the additional services, unfortunately my boarding pass would not be displayed in the app or via email. The same problem at the counter again, I have to pay for printing the boarding pass. The difference between Berlin and Budapest is just the amount of the price. In Budapest, the paper and the Gruckertinte is probably so expensive that I had to pay there 50 .
For me it was clear that I would not use this Airline any more !!!!!
