I called a lot of places and Luke's Carpet was the only place that knew how to help me. I had a sticky note with numbers and words but I didn't know if it was the color or manufacturer of my carpet. Kira knew exactly what it was and was able to find it very quickly. She also recommended installers and made my experience very simple.
