Extremely disappointed in the house we rented (Nauti Gulls) Our family is extremely easygoing but for $6000 per week we expect it to be clean. Upon arrival, we walked in and were hit with this foul odor. We got upstairs and it was even worse. Come to find out, the pan in the fridge was full of nasty sludge. We have four little boys under two and it was extremely dangerous to even sit outside on the balcony. Some of the balcony posts were lose and others weren t even attached. We were also left with broken chairs. The air vents were moldy and dirty; I don t think the air filters have been changed in months. On the first floor, it appears there was a bug problem because there were bug guts all over the ceiling. There was a vacuum in the house but we had to clean it before we could use it because it didn t even work. As a former property manager it s apparent that this company doesn t walk their home prior to new guests arriving. We will not be renting with this company next year.
