Five stars for customer service.

I am not currently staying at the hotel, but my husband is. I can't comment on the room or the place in general for the above reason, but I am very happy with customer service.

I called the hotel to see if they could provide my husband with a humidifier for his room. He has a breathing problem and it makes it easier for him to sleep if the air close to his face contains moisture. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and they had an humidifier delivered to his room in no time!

It may not seem much for some people, but when you are over 3000 miles away from the one you love, to know that he is safe and well taken care of, it makes things... well... better. And that to me is worth 5 stars. (More than five really, but I could only click 5. =P .)

I also want to thank customer service for providing him with a hairbrush too. Since, oops, I forgot to pack one.
