Me and my husband brought our daughter to the children's hospital and each staff member went out of their way to make sure our 4yr old was comfortable. Not only did they cater to her every need, making sure she could watch Barbie movies, chocolate milk in a sippy cup (provided by the staff) and giving her tattoos and stickers on top of tattoos and stickers, they also were polite, sensitive, and caring to me and my husband. I will always be greatful to the staff at Shands Children Medical
