Poor customer service when dealing with their call...

Poor customer service when dealing with their call center representatives. The call center representatives are very inexperience, have NO knowledge of their systems and are RUDE on top of that. God forbid you need their help during an alarm and need their support. I highly recommend you looking for another security company before signing up with ADT. Just read all the reviews before you sign. A suggestion to Steve ( apparently the owner) maybe you should address all the poor reviews and deal with your company's lack of customer service issues, rather then posting thank you to only your five star ratings. Personally I think you are having people post good reviews anyway to offset all the bad ones.
