The games were nice, but Aeria hasn't done a great job with them. The Service is terrible. It takes over 3 days to hear back from them sometimes and their response is computer generated. In my opinion, the staff is lazy and can't even find time to help their customers and players. When I get a computer generated response to a technical issue, billing issue, or anything of that matter, it shows that they're not really interested in the players' well being and involvement in their game(s). If I need help, I want to talk to a real person who has answers and can correlate an informative and helpful conversation.
It also seems that the report abuse feature [of all things] can be abused. Instead of using proper judgement and banning real hackers who can be detected or seen in video evidence, the Aeria Team seems to ban anyone who has been reported enough by other players. This "I saw him hack" feature doesn't equate to actual proof, and in my opinion, is a sign of uncaring, ban-hammering, laziness.
Once again, I rate Aeria Games' service as poor.

If Aeria can step it up, and show me that they care, I would be happy to do another review.
