Very Biased and CONTRADICTING Policies that are written to benefit buyers including those who don't pay and are allowed to leave negative feedback without good cause or PROOF of reason. Bidding & Buying Policy States "If you win an auction you must pay because you entered in to a binding contract" but then it goes on to give examples of how to cancel or retract bids. Policy Also Says if you don't want to pay "CONTACT THE SELLER" but gives an option to bypass the seller and go through ebay to send a cancel request. When a seller refuses to cancel as I did on June 1, 2017 forcing buyer to pay as per EBAY'S agreement the buyer then left negative feedback claiming they received counterfeit item WITHOUT offering any proof what so ever and never requesting a return or refund for an alleged fake. I brought up my concerns NUMEROUS times about this buyer and got the old worn out Ebay MOST always sides with buyers on feedback and DENIES sellers the right to leave negative feedback which seems to me like a Freedom of Speech issue. There are many more examples of their BIASED AND CONTRADICTING POLICIES that I, as an ebay seller for over 16 years feel the need for an investigation along the lines of UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. One of the reasons they continue to protect troublesome NON PAYING buyers is for advertising purposes. The more traffic (people) searching their site they can show to potential advertisers the more ads get sold at the EXPENSE of us, the sellers WHO pay FEES and made them what they are today. Someone needs to get up off of it and investigate these internet giants that took over the free and fair market place with their BIASED AND CONTRADICTING POLICIES simply because "There was no Internet Regulation. Simply Put> No One Stopped Them. NOW IT'S TIME
