Tried the beef rib from John Manion:
It's expensive -$45 but large enough to share.
My friend who shared with me have both been to Texas for BBQ and so our baseline for really good smoked beef rib is pretty high. This did not meet it.
But for a food stall, it's okay.

The meat was tender and juicy. The relish and sauce do give the bite more flavor, but beef rib should usually stand on its own, so if you need $2 sauce to spice up your $40 beef, that's a minus.

We saw a group eating the same beef rib next to us and theirs looked better than ours. Perhaps it was a grass is greener on the other side issue.... Or maybe their cow are that greener grass too.
