I want to say a big thank you to Sladjana and the team at Howard! I recently purchased a vintage Cameo ring from an online seller based in New York, and was looking to get it resized here in Ottawa.

Earlier in the day, I had gone to another jeweller here in Centretown and the experience had left me with a bad feeling. I wound up calling Howard to get a second quote and am so happy I did. My ring was resized in under 24 hours (very fast!) and came with a complementary jewelry bag. Pricing was very reasonable too.

This was my first major jewelry purchase (to celebrate some exciting career news) and even though Howard was not the original vendor, the level of service they provided went still above and beyond. Thank you again to Sladjana! I ll be back in the future.
