Should be a good hotel but some decisions have been made to economise which make it below par for a 4 star:
Guests should not be sent to the Castlecourt leisure Centre as this is not an appropriate pool/spa for a 4 star hotel
Guests should be allowed complimentary access to the thermal suite in the spa in the hotel. Currently it is 15 pp and only available to book until 5. To compete against other 4 star hotels (Seafield,Radisson Cavan) these times should be extended to 9pm and robes should be provided for guests.
The standard of food at the breakfast is not of a sufficiently high quality for a 4 star. The fruit and bread in particular is of a low quality.
The charging of supplements for some breakfast items (omelette) seems excessive
