We are regular guests at spa zuiver, and come often for their facilities. We enjoy their spa facilities (swimming pool & sauna, massages at extra expenses). However having stayed at their hotel room several times we were somewhat disappointed.

The Room:
the beds are run down, behind the bed there was a layer of dust (I realized this 3x in a row we stayed here). The air conditioning buttons were broken, the shower drain is stuck. Furthermore, the housekeeper keeps taking away our room key which we purposely left in the power socket. My boyfriend had to chase after the housekeeper to get it back.

Check in:
the receptionist (at the time) had no clue what she was doing (previous check ins were smooth). and it took us 45mins to check in while there was only one person checking in in front of us. There was another lady at the receptionist too but instead of asking if she could help us, she ignored us.
