My partner and I had 2 private sessions with Nadine. I cannot recommend her and She Births highly enough. The information she shared with us was practical, empowering and enabled me to have a fast labour & water birth.
Nadine's depth of knowledge enabled me to feel confident in the strategies she taught me and her warm energy enabled me to feel comfortable discussing my deeper concerns and fears with her.
This course was not only helpful for me - it gave my partner better awareness of how he could be a helpful and nurturing support person.
