The people are really nice. But the food was half ...

The people are really nice. But the food was half and half. The macaroni and cheese is watery and the spinach tasted like it's from the can. The sea bass had the skin on it and it tasted like it had scales on it. Hopefully better next time. I been there two times before this time and the food wasn't bad at all. Its seem like a hit or miss.
The spring rolls are excellent FYI!!
