After having a great installation a while ago, there is a definite lack of aftercare and seemingly, there isn't a care about customers phone systems. my advice would be to get some kind of service promise out of Convergence before you go with them and make sure it is tabulated so you have something to go back to when you; wait for a reply, wait for a phone call, hear that 'someone else had a system failure so we will be with you as soon as we can'..........Its a shame as they were a great company when we first went with them, they just don't have the same level of back up now.
