On Tuesday May 12th, 2020. I had been in contact with Jessup GMC in Cathedral City and I got the impression that they were not interested in helping as it appeared that it would be too much work. I had been in contact with 2 different Salespersons at Jessup and each of them were no help. I contacted i10 GMC to inquire about purchasing a new truck. I had a unique situation with my vehicle that I wanted to trade in. I explained my situation to Bryan White the Sales Manager and from the very beginning he was helpful, informative and provided excellent customer service. On Bryan's day off, I dealt with the Sales Director, John Carlisle and again I was given excellent service! These guys here are absolutely the best! From beginning to end, they listened to my issues, they anticipated my needs and provided solutions that were very agreeable without trying to upsell me to a vehicle I did not want and guiding me to the one that would suit me the best. I own my own business and I recognize good people when I see them. If you are looking for a new vehicle and you want a place that treats you with respect and are grateful and appreciative of your business, come here. You will not be disappointed!
