Would give negative stars if possible. Booked several rooms here for my wedding party, and myself. Following my wedding, our limo dropped us off at the hotel and while my wife is standing there in her wedding dress, they tell us they have given our room away but they might be able to find one at a nearby hotel.

They ended up getting a room for us after about 45 minutes, and refunding us our room, but the damage was done.

This is the sole bad memory from my wedding day and it is beyond disappointing that hotels overbook and would give away a room that is paid for. PAID FOR. You would think that they would have common sense to hold a room for a bride and groom if several wedding guests are staying at the hotel. NOPE.

I wouldn't stay here for free and advise everyone else to look elsewhere.
