It has been 25 years since I attended the TEC center, so how did it prepare me. I would like to guess and say a very large portion of us from the mid 90 did benefit from the program. I took drafting and design with some cad. I believe I took mechanical drafting and some design courses, but I also attended an apprenticeship program with a company who no longer exist (R-Tis-Tic mol). Regardless of my story away from the benefits of this school, it proves extremely useful in launching my career. I am now a tooling manager and journeyman plastic injection mold maker. I also work as tooling engineer as needed and also tooling supervisor. The basics taught from the TEC center got my head pointed in the right direction. I took this school very seriously 25 years ago, and it paid off. I would recommend all JR.s and Sr.s take these courses, employees have proven to value the Training on resumes
