I live less than 30 km from the Sanplast headquart...

I live less than 30 km from the Sanplast headquarters and showroom. Several times I had the opportunity to admire the cabins (and the owners' Bentley in the parking lot). So it seemed to me that the support of a "local" company is a good idea - everything is at hand.
Well, no: the first failure - 3 years ago: I bought a cabin, the package with it lacked 4 plastic windshield stabilizing covers. Renovated bathroom is ready, only a cabin - no. I contacted the seller - several hundred meters from where I live. The one with Sanplast. Yes, they will "send", but in 3 weeks! I offered to go to Wymys owice and pick it up - I heard no such possibility. No arguments reached- CONCRETE. The distributor "arranged" other, similar (from a different manufacturer) - otherwise I would have been working for 3 weeks. For the sent e-mail with the complaint and description of the situation - no answer.
Second story: a few days ago (in another Sanplast cabin) the rollers broke (according to the manufacturer's nomenclature: roller mechanism No. 660-C00098).
Contact with the distributor, the one with Sanplast: the price of one piece (I need 2) - 99.63 PLN (!!!). I know a bit about mechanics: the goods are for a maximum of PLN 10 (a tiny bearing, the rest is plastic).
That's not all - waiting: standard - 3 weeks !!! Goods "on order"!
For 3 weeks I cannot take a bath because Sanplast has to "order" it.
I sent an e-mail to the headquarters to tell me the distributor that has it "on the shelf" - 5 days have passed, ZERO answers !!!
I would like to point out that these were not the cheapest models, but a medium / top shelf.
To sum up: I will NEVER buy any product of this "company" again!
I congratulate the owners on their well-being and their cars - I hope that their servicing looks the same as the cabins they produce ...
