Hello, I've been personally dealing with a Patti Jones & various tech's in the last 13months (2017 to current-jan 2019) an estate home. Whether its help with re-programming the keypad or help with an alarm that won't arm at an estate home. I would get technical support over the phone ASAP. Tech's were efficient & freindly- & I was never charge. If the alarm went off, Telsco would call me - Even for false calls I never had attitude on the phone nor was EVER charge for a false call. I would definately call them in the future for my personal home. I am happy with their level of service & but the estate home is now sold. I wanted to get this review out before too much time past.
