Clean toilets and showers (common), seasoned with super-closet instructions (heated cup).
Washer and dryer service.
Close to many supermarkets, in Shinjuku, very close to active neighborhoods like Kabukicho and the golden gai.
Big, nice room with huge TV and bed, rrally comfortable.
Shared baths (supermario pics) and shower yet clean.
North of Shinjuku, pretty close to Kabukicho, golden gai and in the middle of several convenience stores.
