Nobody speaks an accepable level of english and staff are extremely unhelpful. We tried to go out for dinner on a Friday night and spent 40 minutes waiting for a taxi. Terrible terrible terrible! Also, the rooms smell like cigarettes. Will never come back here, the Intercontinental is the better hotel.
