As a member of public, I unfortunately had an un-pleasurable experience with a security member that worked for SR Security. I made a formal complaint and the company investigated and dealt with it with the upmost professionalism. I spoke directly with the Managing Director who put in place measures for that security member to be re-trained. As a company, SR Security have exceeded my expectations and it is clear they have the systems and procedures in place to deal with such situations.
