***UPDATE*** Called and requested to speak with the manager on Monday. Spoke with the "co" manger who took down my complaint, but informed me that the manager would be calling me. Never received a phone call back from the manager.

Yesterday I had a hot stone massage and I was told that it would be 2 hours long. The massage ended up 1 1/2 hours long. When speaking with the therapist, he told me that with the stones, he can't do hard pressure and I said that is is just fine with me because I don't like hard pressure and prefer light pressure. The amount of pressure that was used was not light it was hard and I was tensed up for a majority of the massage. Also I don't feel like enough lotion was used, as I felt like friction was occurring during the massage. Not once was I asked about the pressure and honestly, I was in too much pain to even speak out.

Initially after the massage, I felt okay. One hour later, I could barely move. When I went to bed, I basically cried myself to sleep because I was in so much pain. Today after waking up, I had to take Advil because I'm still so incredibly sore and in pain. A massage is supposed to relieve the pain, not make it worse or cause more pain than what I had going into the massage.

I definitely won't be going back to this location or any other Massage Retreat and Spa. I wish I could get back my $100+ that I spent yesterday for my services.
