Currently waiting in the lobby over two hours for ...

Currently waiting in the lobby over two hours for our room to be ready. Being Platinum Bluegreen owners I can honestly say I ve never been treated this poorly at any of their other resorts. Needless to say it is time to step up customer service. Not the way to start our 1 week stay especially coming all the way from Connecticut and being up since 3:00 this morning !
