What is the logic of ranking Google at university? Universities are measured on research.

teaching? Medium like any university in Israel, there is a library and Indians on YouTube.
Assessment of knowledge? An in-depth American exam, there is no infrastructure for examining jobs for a massive amount of students.
Number of students? Invested for financial gain.

Research? Depends on the field, some leading world-class, some medium.
University Law? There is plenty.

Corona estimates? Medium. Lectures passed peacefully, but semester end assessments? Catastrophe. Not just communicating with the students what's going on. Even the staff did not abide by the procedures set by the institution.
