My experience thus far indicates that Reproductive Biology Associates has exactly zero interest in trying to do anything within a reasonable time frame.

Would you like to schedule a consultation with a Dr? Depending on who it is you can wait anywhere from 1 month to 6 months for zoom call. A ZOOM CALL. If you'd like to meet face-to-face, expect to wait longer....

Do you need testing, per your doctor, after waiting 2 months for your consultation? Expect to be told that there are no openings for a MINIMUM of 3 weeks.

Schedule your appointment and need to change it? You COULD be told that they already foresee scheduling difficulties for your previously scheduled appointment and didn't intend on reaching out to you unless you call them. Again, expect an additional 3 weeks for a new appointment.

Need to call to schedule and appointment? Expect to get an answering service no matter when you call. 8:30 AM? They say they're open but you'll get an answering service. 12-1PM? Answering service. 1:51 PM on a Friday? Answering service.

So ask yourself this question:
Who's time is more important in terms of pregnancy; Reproductive Biology Associates or your body's?

My advice: find a practice who values your time. It may be the most valuable commodity you have when it comes to pregnancy.
