Chase Apartments are an absolutely appalling excuse for a lettings agent and I would give them 0 stars if it were an option.They 'managed' a flat that we rented for two years and throughout that time they were completely inept at sorting out ongoing heating and water issues at the property. When we were moving out they decided to withhold our deposit unlawfully as there were ongoing disputes with our water & electricity bills. They never accepted responsibility for their shortcomings and did not provide effective communication channels to get this resolved.
DO NOT USE THEM!
