If you want to talk to speak to a human this understffed firm wants you to hold for 40min++ your AC doesn't work AND THEY ALREADY GOTCHA $$$s .... only to be told we can get to your AC problem in several days. Oh it's an emergency, Please hold while i check with a dispatcher for an earlier time CLICK !!!!! HANG UP Call back??? another 50.min hold.. started with SERVICE AMERICA @ 8:15. now 10:20.
