It's 9am, I'm on the 4th floor and trying to get some work done. There is loud music vibrating through my room from a function on the ground floor. I can't get through to Guest Services on the internal phone, have to ring through my mobile! Have made a complaint but music not being turned down!!! Poor, poor service!
