I'm not usually one to simp for a property company...

I'm not usually one to simp for a property company but I have to say my experience so far has been really good. We're at Los Feliz Villages and have had a wonderful experience, even through COVID-19. Maintenance issues are few and far between and resolved promptly when they do happen. We're paying a fair price and management has worked to make sure most amenities are available with the state's restrictions. We came from a nightmare property situation before this so it's just really nice to live somewhere where the people I pay thousands of dollars actually take my safety and housing seriously.
