Didn't mind the wait, what I did mind was the lack...

Didn't mind the wait, what I did mind was the lack of customer service. Attitudes all the way around, especially the lady at the front desk. They even sat and complained about how the applicants where asking questions on certain issues they came across while filling the application out. Like isn't that part of your job? So what if you've had to repeat yourself. I have worked in customer service for about three years and have never experienced customer service like this, absolutely terrible and I wasn't even here to fill an application out my husband was.
