As the ICT manager at a large secondary school I find SICL's support invaluable.
They have consistently impressed me with the speed of their response to issues on my network and the level of knowledge exhibited at each level of their team.
What I particularly like as an educator is their evident enthusiasm for their work and willingness to share their experience when asked without being patronising.
