I have never had a thoroughly good experience with this business, but always gave them chances and still attended events and met friends for drinks. With that being said, I've had my last straw with them. Besides them always being extremely disorganized with events, this one was probably the worst. We had purchased the event tickets for the Taco and Tequila bar crawl back in April. We were charged for shirts and shipping for the shirts. I had purchased the tickets at the same time they made an announcement in the event that any event tickets bought that day and going forward would not be getting shirts. I had reached out to clarify about shirts, since we were charged for shirts and shipment of the shirts. They had advised me we would be getting our shirts after the event and made the same announcement within the event for other patrons who had also been charged. During the event and at their location, we had experienced terrible customer service. I understand that they are open for regular business, but they should of prepared for the event patrons as well. We kept getting dismissed or directed not to sit at any of the tables or seatings at their establishment. We were planning on staying and purchasing additional food and drinks (we were in a group of 4). We just ended up leaving staying at the locations across the street. Since this experience and event, I have been actively keeping up with them regarding our shirts. It's been a weekly run around and just completely being lied to or ignored. Two months of "I will mail the shirts out tomorrow". This is ridiculous and the terrible customer service and disorganization of Madison Social continues outside of the restaurant/bar side of their business.

I strongly advise not to book events or attend events here.
