March of 2020 Essex acquired my loan. Since then I have yet to receive any information about it. I only know because, the Original mortgage company told me. I have had to make payments to the Original mortgage company because everytime I call I get forwarded to a voicemail. I leave the voicemail with a promise to call back within 24 hours. I have been calling since at least April. IT IS NOW JULY.
