Is an old hotel, where the 4 stars come from, I honestly don't know. Expressed the desire for a quiet room upon reservation. We should get one at the train station on the fifth floor. Since the rooms are not air-conditioned, it would have been impossible to sleep with the windows closed. Ok rooms were swapped. New room, new happiness. Think. Bed that means the mattress = first class hammock. Carpet all over the room. Changed room again. Offer you can have a board under the mattress. (we live 2017) awesome. The location is perfect for train travelers. But the next time I come to Hamburg, I'll be in a different hotel. And that's not how it should be. Not to be recommended for me.
