Incredibly rude and arrogant staff, the guy at the counter had no patient whatsoever and almost yelled at me whe I asked him some questions to confirm everything he had said.

If you are coming from mainland China better go to Japan or Korea to apply for your visa, it may be even closer depending on where you are in China and for sure the service will be much better (I applied in South Korea and the service was good there).

If you don't have the Oktopus card you can't pay for the pics and photocopies and will have to ask some random person to do it for you.

They also asked for some extra documents that were not stated in the official list of required documents.

I will never apply for any visa there again.
