I would give them 0 stars if I could! I received a damaged part in shipment, replacement was also clearly damaged in shipping (not packed adequately). Customer service which only communicates via email is refusing to provide a return shipping label to send back the second damaged replacement part, now they claim that it was "from manufacturing, slight deformation" which can be read in the screenshot attached. No one to answer phones and IF they decide to return your voicemail, they will just tell you to use their website forms or email. COMPLETE DEAD END, THEY WILL TAKE YOU IN CIRCLES.
