My girlfriend is renting from a property that does not care about her, she has called about her neighbors upstairs being loud all the time with no response, her garbage disposal has not worked for over 9 month and they won't fix it and she has multiple outlets in her kitchen that do not work. This property management company doesn't care about anyone.
